The Re Institute is excited to present the work of Judy Pfaff and Gillian Jagger. Artists have often found themselves outside of the comforts of conformity. If you do not fit in what do you do? Pfaff and Jagger answer this question through professional friendship. They have found community, permission, and excitement from each other. We the audience gain from their friendship.

The day after the opening reception, Art Hudson/Farm to Frame will host a Hudson Valley gallery tour with a gourmet farm-to-table lunch at The Re Institute. For information, email TheReInstitute@gmail.com.

Judy Pfaff has taught at Bard College since 1994. Gillian Jagger taught at the Pratt Institute from 1968 to 2007. Both have received numerous awards. Pfaff is a 2004 MacArthur Fellow. Jagger is a 1983 Guggenheim Fellow.
